Shipping policy

Once your order is shipped via the service chosen, it is out of the hands of the SewMuchMoreStore and we cannot guarantee arrival time. The United States Post Office does give general timelines as to when you can expect your package but sometimes (especially during high volume seasons) there can be delays and your package may be later than expected. There are no refunds for 'late' packages. If a package is missing due to USPS neglect or error a ticket will be submitted for a refund from USPS. The package will need to meet their specifications for 'missing' and upon completion of their investigation if they refund the seller, (SewMuchMoreStore) the seller will then refund the buyer or re-ship their order upon their request.
